Rodger Stewart Collins, MD
Medical Director | Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Stewart Collins is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Raleigh, NC native. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a Master of Science degree from N.C.State University, and a medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Collins went on to train in General Surgery at the University of Virginia, where he became fascinated with the ability to improve someone's self-image through surgery and completed a full plastic surgery fellowship at the Sutherland Institute at the Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City. In his last year at KU, Dr. Collins trained under a world-renowned staff and ran the Senior Fellow Cosmetic Clinic. Upon completing over 14 years of school and training, Dr. Collins moved back to his hometown of Raleigh, NC, where he began his private practice. He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Leslie, and their 4 children.
Elizabeth Quinlan, FNP
Aesthetic Nurse Injector | Founder
Elizabeth Quinlan, FNP is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 14 years of nursing experience, including five years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Roberts Wesleyan College and went on to complete her Master’s degree at the University of Cincinnati, where she honed her skills and deepened her knowledge in the field of nursing.
With a passion for aesthetics that spans more than five years, Elizabeth has successfully merged her love for medicine and beauty, providing comprehensive care that emphasizes both health and appearance. Her unique approach allows her to empower her patients, helping them feel confident and beautiful while prioritizing their overall well-being.
Recently, Elizabeth took a significant step in her career by founding Aesthetic Atelier, marking a new milestone in her professional journey. This venture allows her to expand her reach in the field of aesthetics and medicine, offering innovative treatments and personalized care to a broader audience. With Aesthetic Atelier, she aims to create a welcoming environment where clients can explore the intersection of health and beauty.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Elizabeth is a proud mother of two beautiful children and shares her life with a supportive husband. Her personal journey has been marked by resilience and strength as she is a two-time breast cancer survivor. This experience has not only shaped her outlook on life but has also enhanced her empathy and dedication to her patients, inspiring her to advocate for health and wellness in her community.

Alexa Roussos, LMA
Master Aesthetician
Alexa is a skilled Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician, and Skincare Consultant dedicated to enhancing skin health with a comprehensive, results-driven approach. Specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments like corrective chemical peels, laser facials, and laser hair removal, she also enjoys performing hydrafacials, brow & lash services, and dermaplaning. Her expertise goes beyond technical skill; Alexa’s passion for her craft, compassion for others, and commitment to excellence make her stand out.
With over 20 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, Alexa understands the art and science of skincare, from ingredients to their effects on the skin. She seamlessly blended her knowledge of makeup artistry and skincare to become a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. Education is integral to her approach, and she enjoys providing personalized guidance to help patients care for their skin at home, fostering lasting results. The joy she sees in her clients’ faces after a treatment is what keeps her passionate about helping everyone feel confident in their own skin.
Originally from Alabama, Alexa has called North Carolina home for 19 years. She lives in Apex with her two teenage daughters and three beloved pets. In addition to her aesthetics career, she’s a dance instructor, dabbles in photography, and has a love for music and travel. When she’s not working, you’ll find her planning adventures with her daughters and exploring new places.
